• Browse available surplus food from partner restaurants
• Place orders for "Surprise Bags" containing surplus food
• Pick up orders at designated times
• Rate and review restaurants and food quality

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

• Orders are subject to availability and restaurant confirmation
• Prices are set by restaurants and may vary
• You must pick up orders within the specified time window

4.2 Payment

• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, and wallets
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup time
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to restaurant unavailability
• Full refunds are provided for cancelled orders by restaurants

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm restaurant partners or other users

7. Restaurant Partners

Restaurant partners are independent businesses. Feedo is not responsible for:

• Food quality, safety, or preparation
• Restaurant operating hours or availability
• Direct interactions between users and restaurants

8. Limitation of Liability

Feedo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
